Sealed bids will be received by the Town of Brunswick Town Hall at 85 Union St., Brunswick, ME 04011 until 2:00 p.m. (local time), Thursday, April 27, 2023, at which time they will be publicly opened and read.
The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion the work shown on the Drawings and described in these Specifications including, but not necessarily limited to, the following: Earthwork, layout, grading, and drainage for eight (8) asphalt pickleball courts, a perimeter stone dust walking trail, asphalt parking lot renovations and internal concrete sidewalks.
It should be assumed for bidding purposes that construction can start as early as May 15, 2023, but the start date is flexible, and will be substantially complete (including the skate park pad and asphalt paved pickleball courts if weather permits) by December 15, 2023 and final completion (pickleball court surfacing and balance of project) by June 15, 2024.
